Warrior Welcome is your official celebration and preview experience at Stan State. Bring your family, explore campus, and take your first steps as a Warrior.
At Warrior Welcome, you'll:

• Get clear next steps for enrollment and a financial aid overview
• Explore your major and meet campus support teams
• Connect with Housing and Residential Life

- Who is invited to Warrior Welcome?
Warrior Welcome is open to all students admitted to Stanislaus State for Fall 2026, including first-year and transfer students. Parents, family members, and supporters are also encouraged to attend and celebrate this milestone with their student.
- What’s the difference between Warrior Welcome, New Student Advising and Registration, and New Student Orientation?
Each event helps you take the next step toward success at Stan State!
- Warrior Welcome (April): Is a fun celebration to kick off your journey as a Stan State Warrior!
- New Student Advising and Registration (June): Meet with advisors to pick your fall classes and get ready for the semester.
- New Student Orientation (July): Get to know campus, learn about support services, and feel ready to start strong in the fall.
- What can I expect at Warrior Welcome?
Warrior Welcome is a special event designed to help you experience life as a Warrior! You’ll be able to:
- Tour our beautiful campus with student ambassadors
- Get guidance on financial aid, housing, and next steps after admission
- Meet faculty, staff, and current students
- Explore academic programs and student support services
- Accept your admission on-site with help from our enrollment team
- Enjoy free Warrior swag and enter our grand prize giveaway!
- What if I haven’t accepted my admission yet?
No problem! Our admissions and enrollment team will be available to walk you through the acceptance process on-site, so you can take your next step toward becoming a Warrior!
- Do I have to be admitted to attend Warrior Welcome?
Students that have applied to Stanislaus State and have yet to be notified of their admission are welcome to attend this event. Admissions staff will be available to answer questions.
- Can I still attend if I cannot stay the whole time?
Of course! Join us when you can and stay as long as you’d like. The event is flexible, so you can attend the sessions that interest you most!
- Do I have to register in advance?
We encourage all attendees to register in advance to help us plan for the best experience possible.
