Who is this presentation for?

This virtual drop-in session is for transfer students who are applying to Stanislaus State through Cal State Apply and would like assistance with their application.

What kind of help can I get during the session?

A Stan State representative can help you navigate the Cal State Apply portal, answer questions about the application, and provide guidance on sections you may need help completing.

Do I need to have my application started before attending?

No. You can attend whether you are just getting started or already have an application in progress.

Do I need to stay for the entire session?

No. This is a drop-in session, so you can join anytime during the scheduled hours and leave once you have received the help you need.

What do I need to prepare before attending?

Because this is a virtual drop-in session, make sure you have reliable internet access. We recommend downloading Zoom and joining from a desktop or laptop for the best experience

Before joining, have your Cal State Apply login information and unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended available. You will need your transcripts to accurately enter your coursework in the Academic History section of the application.

Will I receive individual help with my application?

Yes. You can ask questions about your application and receive assistance from a Stan State representative. Please keep in mind that this is a group drop-in setting, and other students may be present. If your question involves sensitive or private information, we recommend scheduling a one-on-one appointment for personalized assistance.
